Don’t use the delivery service it’s bad

I have a parcel that was suppose to be delivered on Friday last week, and it was not because apparently the driver did not get hold of me while all the details are shared including unit number. I called on Friday told them about this and asked that they have it delivered on Monday 22 December the person I spoke with told me it will be delivered and she has made a note. On Monday 22december I called again an agent told me it was a mistake it was pre boarded it was not due on Friday the 19th. Never been so confused and I need to leave hence I made arrangements for the Monday 22nd December. What bad service and communication is this. Don’t recommend at all.
