DON'T USE DAWN WING!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I wish I could give this company a 0!!!! I'm furious!! Absolute WORST service I've EVER recieved!!!!! I have used over two hundred rands of airtime calling this company trying to find out where my package is only to be put on hold for I dont know how many times (one time for almost 10 minutes!!!) All they've done is make empty promises and NOT once have they apologised for the package being late. They got the address wrong yesterday when they apparently attempted to deliver but did not even think to call me. I have to call them and correct the adress because apparently they got the wrong address from Makro?? I then call back a few hours later to hear that the person I spoke to, did not correct the address!!!!! Then they tell me it would be delivered during the day, nothing arrived. I was then told it would be delivered after 5 today..nothing has arrived!!! I'm SO angry!! NEVER use this company!! They are unprofessional and have *********** people working work them.
