Don't use Dawn Wing for any courier service

Absolutely pathetic service, I desperately needed my stock instore days ago, the tracker or waybill number did not load on the website for the entire week and to actually speak to someone in the cape town branch is actually impossible. Come Monday when the tracker number they provided finally worked they said the parcel could not be delivered, no phone call no nothing, I'm still siting with no stock. Completely and utterly pathetic!
