Don't use Dawn Wing - dreadful service

Day 1: Despite instructions to advise me of delivery time and to call on mobile when at the complex, no phone call and hooting at the gate at 14:39 Advised Supplier and asked that this instruction be communicated to Dawn Wing and that delivery could take place either between 09:30 and 11:00 or after 14:30 Day 2: Courier appeared at complex at +/- 11:48 - hooting again - no phone call! Phoned Dawn Wing and spoke to Barbara who promised call back to arrange a time. No call back despite 3 more phone call by myself to the company. Phoned the Supplier who phoned Dawn Wing who offered an after hours delivery which I refused ( security issues at the complex ). Dawn Wing arrived at 20:14 - no phone call. I've cancelled my order with the supplier with the advice to use Star Express, a professional courier company.
