Don’t use Dawn Wing Couriers

Service from Dawn Wing Couriers is appalling! I am still waiting for a parcel that was received by their JHB office on 01.12.2020 coming to Durban on overnight courier. I paid R175 for shipping and to date have not received my goods! Terrible!!!!! Would not recommend their company to anyone! On calling to establish where my goods are I was told “oh, your parcel is in JHB - I don’t know why it wasn’t sent....I will need to find out and then get back to you” I then asked if I could expect a call today and was told “Hopefully, I need to find the necessary paperwork and only then can I provide you with feedback”! Pathetic!
