Dont use DAWN WING COURIER -WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear Peter<br> <br> I have been waiting for my parcel from Groupon and it is apparently held by the above company, failing to deliver it to my house. At first I was phoned when they tried to deliver it at the wrong address. After they were turned around and with me giving the right address they never delivered the parcel to my house that day (this past Monday). Today is Thursday and I am still waiting for the delivery. After deciding to follow up with the Company on the delivery (trying to get hold of David whom Im told is the Supervisor),my call was met by their rude receptionist by the name of Dona (who screamed in my ear when I enquired why I had to hold the phone for ten minutes and eventually hang up whilst im supposedly waiting for David to pick up his extension. The least she could have done is come back to me (like any normal receptionist) and take a message for David. I am now sitting with a phone bill minus my parcel which I paid for. NEVER USE DAWN WING. There is absolutely no customer service. All I want is my parcel and nothing to do with them again!!!!
