Don't use Dawn Wing

Waiting a week for my package after they said it would arrive the next day. Tried calling but 20 - 30 minute wait (I suspect many unhappy customers trying to locate their parcels). Got through twice but on both occasions was cut off before I could sort this out. First time they said address was wrong but when they checked it with me, it was right and then got cut off. Second time, using same waybill number as first call, they suddenly couldn't find the parcel any longer. Definitely not a company I would recommend.
