DON'T EVER USE DAWN WING DELIVERY SERVICE

I have been waiting for my delivery from Dawn Wing Bloemfontein for 3 weeks now. They sent me an sms on the 4th November, from this number ***, stating that they have my parcel, unfortunately there was no tracking number. When I call Makro, the company that I bought the parcel from they tell me that Dawn Wing has collected the parcel. I called Dawn wing bloemfontein and they can't assist me without a tracking number, as if they provided me with one, they kept me on hold and then dropped my calls. I have tried calling the number countless times and they do not pick up their phone. The parcel that I had bought online is someone else's gift, so I am lost for words with this horrible service.
