I think it is appalling that you book a specific service (Overnight Express), pay a premium price, just to be told that delivery will be 'whenever' today. According to your website (http://www.dawnwing.co.za/domestic-courier-services/) An Overnight Express parcel will be delivered by 11:00 the following day. Upon following up on the late parcel I was given 600 reasons as to why the parcel will not be delivered in time, assisted by 3 different absolutely *********** people, held the line 10 times just to await a return call that NEVER came. Your service is shocking and disgusting Dawnwing. Rather change your stated SLA's on your website because there is no way in this world you can ever be held to the standards you promise.
