Doing deliveries at incorrect address and then trying to blame the client for not being home to accept the delivery

Terrible, terrible. Stay away. Received and sms to advise parcel will be delivered today. Then later received an sms to advise that our house will be the next stop. I immediately went outside, waiting for the driver. Waited about 20min and phoned the call center to be told that the driver tried to deliver the parcel, but no one was home and they could not get hold of us. The call center even advised that the driver took a picture of the house. When I asked the call center agent to describe the house, it wasn't even our house. So they blame the clients for not being home, but yet they don't deliver the items to the right house. Rather use another delivery service, because your goods are going to go missing.
