Doesn't even listen to their clients

Despite my review on the 28/11 at 11:59 and an undertaking to call me back with reference to this, still no call back! In the mean time I cancelled my order with the supplier who, in turn, instructed Dawn Wing to return the order to them. Dawn Wing ignored this instruction from their client and tried to deliver today. As the supplier had already given me a refund, one wonders how Dawn Wing covers losses they incur for their clients if I had taken delivery.
