DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Absolute ****show of a company.... Sent a Parcel on the 29th of November for overnight delivery, today it's the 15th of December and my client still has not received their parcel? When contacting them you need to be on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time and when you eventually speak to someone they just say they don't know where the parcel is? *** is a waybill number for then? If I could give them a 0 star rating I would!
