Do not use this company

Shocking service. A parcel left Durban 2 weeks ago and noone can seem to explain why it has yet to arrive. My other order from Cotton On was also very delayed. Would be great if they could at least communicate where our goods are and why they are so delayed. This is my third unpleasant experience with them and so frustrating as one cannot choose which courier company a business will use. My heart sinks each time I discover it's a dawn wing delivery.
