Bad service. Packages get sent back and forth between different depots daily. DW claim that they delivered to the wrong address TWICE. Back to a different depot. A package meant for Fairland ends up in Braamfontein, HOW?

Customer service is seriously lacking here. Call center agents are very rude, impatient and will end the call if they can't answer your question. This is a paid service, not a favour. Please treat your customers better. It. Is. Your. Job. Or get people who want the job.

I URGE SOUTH AFRICAN'S TO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. IT IS A DISGRACE.
