Do Not Use Dawn Wing!!

I would give them no stars! Absolutely pathetic. I ordered from an online shop on 24th June 2021. On 8th July I received an sms to say that the parcel was being delivered. At 6pm I received another sms to say that it could not be delivered due to the address being incorrect. I phoned DW and after holding on for 40 minutes and checking address with the agent, I was told it would be delivered the next morning. I have sent emails and phoned countless of times and everytime I am given a different story. Surely they must be able to tell where the parcel is and get it delivered? Today is the 19th July and I am still being given the run around- No one seems to know what is going on!!! this is totally unacceptable.!!!
