DO NOT USE DAWN WING COURIERS

I will never in my whole entire life ever use this DAWN WING (DPD LASER)courier company. Absolutely shocking customer service, I was holding for almost an hour before being cut off. No other means of communicating with them. I have sent emails to. I hope I get my parcel, it's the second week now. I received an sms stating not a valid address but its an address from THEIR valid address list...pathetic pathetic pathetic is all I can say.
