DO NOT make use of Dawn Wing

I order a lot of goods online, from different companies, and I can honestly say that Dawn Wing is the only company that can never find my house, and they also manage to never find somebody available to receive the parcel. Always. Without fail, they have an issue. Today, 21 September 2022, I contacted them very early to advise that somebody is available the entire time to collect a parcel. Dawn Wing promptly came up with a new excuse - address incomplete.

Can any and all online companies please consider making use of the various other delivery companies available. I am at a point with Dawn Wing when I see that they are the delivery company of choice, I look somewhere else for the product, and only order form the companies making use of Dawn Wing if the item is not available at another online store at all, even if I have to pay more for the product somewhere else, at least I will get it on time without having to send countless emails and complaints
