What bad service. I called now for the 4th time, and the consultant kept speaking over me. I asked her if she was not willing to let me explain my story, and then she must ma end the call, which she did. I got a message parcel undeliverable, so I called and was told it didn't go out yet. I gave a number to call. Lady took the number down incorrectly, so I got another message saying parcel undeliverable. I called again only to find out she gave the wrong number. I asked she to call me back, which she didn't. The delivery guy called me instead of the number I gave for delivery, and he was at a totally worng address. My sin needed that parcel today for a function, and Dawn Wing simply dont care.
