Do Better Dawn Wing!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! CottonOn South Africa should stop working with Dawn Wing. They **** about my parcel being 2 minutes away only for them to tell me "parcel not delivered due to wrong address" which was a lie!! I'm soo outraged, I've emailed and called countless times and they drop my calls each time. Yesterday I spoke to a lady who **** and said I'd be called back, all I want is my parcel.
