Dizzy dpd

I have been waiting for the delivery of my fridge. It was collected from a Durban store on 09/12/22 and it has been at the dpd Durban depot since according to the tracking. On 13/12/22 the tracking path says it will be delivered by 14/12/22. I am still waiting. Meanwhile I have no fridge and I have not received any communication or response from dpd. This is putrid service.
