Dissatisfied customer

I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service l am receiving from Dawn wing , l arranged my package to be delivered to me today and l have not received any feedback, l tried calling the pretoria office however l am placed on hold and told my call will be returned which has cost a lot of money as l am using a cellphone to call a landline
