I am a very patient person but your company is taking my cool away. Every day since the 15th of April 2015. I have been calling you for follow up on my delivery even giving directions to countless call centre agents as well as Zanele from the complaints division. I still don't have my parcel. Then when I track it I received a massage that I was not at home. Why can't someone try to call me and find out if m around. What happened to cellphone communication? I am so not going to recommend your poor service to any one. I am displeased and disgruntled. I am left out of options. I am so frustrated with this incompetence.
