Dissapointing service

Am very dissatisfied and disappointed at the manner which my courier was handled, fusrrly I have not received it because it was deliveries to the wrong address. It clearly stated Shop 8b but I was not delivered to there, 2ndly it was signed off by someone who I don't know meaning that my package is now lost, when I call to enquire am told to wait up until 3 pm so that they can return back to me. Now what I don't get is how do you leave a package to the wrong person. Am really unhappy and I would like to receive my package before the end of day today
