Dissapointing Dawn wing

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I phoned them to verify a package delivery eta. They promised that it would be delivered today. Later I phoned to confirm and they put me on hold for quite a while. They then told me they are unable to contact the Pretoria offices and they would continue trying and get back to me as soon as they are able. After three hours of silence I phoned again. I was then informed that my package will only be shipped out the next day. I then asked to be transferred to the supervisor. The supervisor at the Pretoria East branch asked me for my home address and said he would dropp off the package at my house tonight before 19:00. It is 20:00 and no package has been delivered yet and I highly doubt that it will be delivered. Don't make empty promises and don't lie about when my package arrived at the warehouse. You forget that we live in a world where information is available online and can be verified/double checked.
