Dismal client service

Since the 4rth of February waiting for the delivery. Yesterday I called and i was told my parcel will be delivered today. Early inthe morning before 8 recieved an sms infirming me that my parcel is on the way for delivery. Past 3 I called and I was told that it will be deliverd before 5. Half past 4 I called someone picked up a call but quite. Poor client service. Now its 5h00 still no delivery I've been waiting to get a call that the driver Camalo is here to deliver.
