DISHONEST SERVICE PROVIDER

I was expecting a parcel from Iamtrend and Dawn Wing was tasked with the delivery. They didn't even bother to show up at my place not even a phone call. I just got a text from them saying I'm not available TWICE! And when you call the call center you hold on forever and end up being given false info such as..." your parcel will be delivered before 6pm" the the next one says 7pm. I'm disgusted at their service. If they don't deliver to outlaying areas then they should not agree to deliver instead of being dishonest! I demand full refund of my delivery unless it can be proven they tried to contact me. SIES!
