Disgusting/NO Service From Dawn Wing (DPD)

Absolutely SHOCKING service! I have been waiting nearly one week for my parcel! I changed my delivery address via phone as well as online and they still got it wrong??? Still nothing received up to now, only to be told again that it will be delivered tomorrow - and I know it will change again!!! Pathetic Service! @Estee Lauder/Horton Products, please change your COURIER company! They suck!
