Disgusting services - delivery delayed and broken items

I ordered a few items (mug, stickers etc.) from Typo as a Christmas gift. After waiting two weeks and my package being sent to the wrong town THREE times it arrived today, only to find that the mug is shattered and some of the stickers aren't even in their original packaging anymore. Really dissapointed and disgusted!!!!
