DISGUSTING SERVICE - SHLC***1

I have never received such disgusting service in my life...

i have been waiting for my parcel for 3 days now, waiting at home with no delivery from the deliver Lehlogonolo MOREANE . He calls me and promise me to deliver but never shows up. i called the call center and spoke to the lady by the name of Grace and she advised delivery will be done today but clearly nobody cares i guess.
