Disgusting service from Dawn Wing Polokwane

Called thurs to arrange for a collection of a parcel to be delivered to myself on fri had to deal with a very illiterate person on the receiving end only not to receive my parcel on fri tried calling numerous times and lines were down I then proceded to call supplier only to find out they collected the parcel on thurs to hear they had only collected it on fri to deliver on sat I then waited for my parcel to arrive and to no avail received nothing again on sat I then managed to get hold of a lady by the name of Rene who then was not very helpful at all and her only excuse to the matter is we are closed and I will try and sort it out on monday for you I then asked for someone to try and make a plan as its an urgent parcel she the proceeded to throw the phone down in my ear and still have no answer on where and what is happening with my parcel. I am disgusted with the service I have received and do think it is very unprofessional!!!!!!
