Disgusting service!

Absolutely terrible service from Dawn Wing I received communication that my parcel was received by DPD on Monday 14th November 2022 Wednesday 16th November 2022 was when they finally siad it'll be delivered It wasn't Thursday 17th November 2022 I get another notice that it is out for delivery, by 3pm it hasnt arrived and I call. The consultant assures me it will be delivered It wasn't. Today is Friday 18th November and as of 08:32am I have no communication on when I can expect my delivery.
