DISGUSTING SERVICE DAWN WING

I've experienced the worst service through Dawn wing couriers.. Parcel was sent and paid for first week in February.. I then paid custom fees, Its a month later and I'm still waiting.. I have to keep calling after them to find out where my parcel is.. By far the worst experience.. I mean what exactly did I pay them for if I'm still waiting? I DON'T RECOMMEND DAWN WING EVER! UGH... Will never use their couriers again!
