Disgusting service

Dawn wing collected a parcel from my house on the 1st of November but it still has not reached the destination. The above mentioned parcel is supposed to be delivered to Cape Town. I have called since last week. First l was told my parcel would be delivered on Friday. On Friday l called l was told Monday. Yesterday on Monday 14th l called a woman named Bonita told me it would be delivered today. Today 15th another woman told me she had no idea where the parcel was as it had two waybills. Dawn Wing l used to like dealing with your company but right now l am disgusted and l will never ever use your company.
