Disgusting service and misleading information provided

I have 2 parcels awaiting delivery. E ********** 416 arrived in CPT 27.11.18, E ********** 639 arrived 29.11.18. On CHAT Casian advised that delivery for E ********** 416 would be confirmed last Thursday, which did not happen. I then went onto the FB page and was told that the delivery is due today and tomorrow respectively, now I'm being told the due date is the 6th and the 10th respectively. The sms states within 5 working days. Your timelines are not within 5 working days. I will be letting Estee Lauder and Mac know of my dissatisfaction as well. I want my delivery!
