Disgusting service

<div>I am absolutely shocked at the level of service from your courier company.</div> <div>I placed an order with sportsman's warehouse for a trampoline and soccer ball to be delivered.</div> <div> </div> <div>I am a paraplegic so was unable to fetch it myself and paid R250-00 for it to be delivered by your company.</div> <div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I was told they would deliver on Wednesday. I got a confirmation sms to say they were 2 minutes away from my house at <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T1:13:30">13:30</a>. I took off work to make sure I was there and no one arrived. By <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T1:3pm">3pm</a> I phoned and was told the driver only had 1 of the 2 parcels so would deliver the next day. But I sat waiting for him and no one let me know anything.... I was promised delivery on Thursday before 12 as it's a present for my son and needed it delivered while he was at school.</div> <div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I got an sms at <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T1:12:02">12:02</a> to say the driver was 20mins away. Again, I took off work to be there and once again no one arrived. ..... after phoning I don't know how many times, I was told to give the driver 15mins. That was at <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T1:3pm">3pm</a>. By 4.30 still no one had arrived so I phoned again.... only to be to.d that the driver was ill and went home early.... yet no one said a word and I sat waiting like an idiot for 2 days....</div> <div> </div> <p> </p> <div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">Again I have been promised delivery <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T5:today">today</a> and will see if it does arrive, though I won't be holding my breath. </div>
