DISGUSTING SERVICE

Never have I ever had to deal with such poor service. I was sent messages yesterday to say that my parcel was out for delivery. By 3 o’clock there was still nothing. I then called the call centre waited for ages the call was ended. I then called again and got hold of a lady by the name of Poppy who was extremely rude. I had by now received a message to say I had re~scheduled my delivery which was TOTALLY UNTRUE. Poppy proceeded to tell me that the driver would be questioned when he got back to the depot as he had in the interim said nobody was home. I was at home the whole day as I was waiting for the package. I told her it was unacceptable. She then went on to say my parcel would be delivered on Monday. I told her that was totally unacceptable to which she responded that they would deliver today. I asked her to keep me informed. To no avail as I have heard nothing today. I have sent three emails and tried to call three times. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never use this company again and will ensure that I tell as many people as I can to do the same.
