Disgusting service

I have been calling your contact center for 3 weeks without any assistance. Its either I am placed on hold forever or I am told I will be called back which never happens. I have been civil but now I am beyond angry and disgusted at your service. I have requested countless call backs from your website which I never got.

I want my package delivered by tomorrow. I have been waiting for too ****** long, you people clearly do not value clients packages. A whole ****** month my package has been with you and you don't even have the curtesy to say if there is an issue. I am so sick of calling your damn call center only not to be assisted.
