Disgusting service

Disgusting customer service. I asked for the driver to notify me before comming to deliver so I can ensure I'm available, as usual nobody follows instructions. What do I pay next day delivery for.. Call center tells me someone will phone me when they back at their desk, still waiting for the call as I'm still waiting for service.. Terrible company disgusting colustomer service.
