Disgusting service

I am appalled at the service that Dawn Wing Couriers offers their customers. I don't send anything with them because of their service but suppliers I use keep using them. Dec 2018 I had a parcel sent to me which was supposed to have arrived the 18th Dec but I only got it the 28th of Dec. Now I am waiting for a parcel that was collected in Johannesburg on the 6th of March but shows no further movement. After several attempts to get through to the East London office I am informed that on their system it looks as though the parcel has been sent via road on the 8th but they have not yet received it. They have no guarantee that they will receive it tomorrow morning because they have no means of tracking parcels sent via road. The lady refused to offer assistance in locating my parcel. I want my parcel tomorrow marks a week and that is just pathetic service. Change your system, change your staff, stop using 3rd party courier to have more control over your shipments. Make a change ASAP
