Disgusting Service

Extremely bad services, The agents promises delivery to take place first in the morning, then in the afternoon, then in the evening, Non of this happend, promises were false. Every time I spoke to an Agent after phoning in 11 times finding out where my parcel was, i was told a different story all together... Dawn Wing can not be trusted.

First in was the incorrect address, follow by they can not find the address. Numerous emails was send according to the agents, but yet when i contacted them the following day, the parcel was still on the floor, never went out for delivery after all my calls the first day confirming the address that was given was correct.

After demanding speaking to a manager, i was firstly put on hold for 11 minutes. Secondly i was yet again put through to another agent....I never reached a manager - best of all, Dawn Wing is just around the corner from me, but yet they could not get my parcel delivered as per the arrangements.

When I finally received my parcel, it was damaged. Well Done Dawn Wing, this was a Certificate from an Institution, something to be proud off, now it is just a piece of evidence....very unhappy and extremely livid
