Disgusting customer service and non delivery of my parcel

I am highly disappointed and disgusted in the service received from Dawn Wing couriers. I received an sms on the 28/11/2017 at 13:55 stating that my order #VCL2123 has been shipped,

A day or two after a lady from dawn wing called to confirm my details (contact number, shipping address, etc.) which she royally messed up.
