Disgusted service

I made a purchase from a retail store MR Price online and Dawn Wing is the courier service in use. I places my order on the 15th and still haven't received my parcel. I had to call the service myself to get the status of my parcel. DAWN WING told me my package is laying on the floor in JHB, what type of service do they provided to clients by telling them their package is on the FLOOR. Jack from the courier service in PE told me they cant do anything about it. they have been sending me from pillar to post and now no one it taking responsibility, not even MR price.
