Disgusted and frustrated!

Beyond pathetic and i would not recommend anyone to use them and any company considering to use them to deliver parcels to your clients (who pay for this service) DONT! You hold on forever to speak to an agent only to be cut off and you cant track anything on the website. Really terrible service!
