Disgusted

Very negligent, was not contacted when my parcel was being delivered nor notified that the have delivered, when I track my parcel online turns out it was delivered, not to my address but my next door neighbor who assumed I was not home. In actual fact I was, no knock at the door, these people just deliver to any open door.
