DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

I got a mail from Multiply Shop on 27th Nov advising that my shipment would be delivered within one working day. I have been tracking the shipment since and I am still waiting. Have contacted Dawn Wing 4 times today and sent a mail. Still waiting for a Manager to call me back. Last person I dealt with advised that they would put shipment out for delivery today!! Dawn Wing you be ashamed of your service. I think you have something to hide.
