Disappointing Customer Service

I placed an order with Temu, my parcel was collected by the Dawn Wing Courier and they were meant to deliver my parcel on the 5th Warren Dirks driving a vehicle with the this registration number HS72TKGP never showed up only for me to receive an sms saying failed to deliver. I called again today and the call centre agent says that Warren Dirks tried to deliver at 14:30 which is not true as I was at the address and no one showed up. He has my cellphone number but he doesn’t call or text saying he’s coming or he can’t find the address.

I need my order to be delivered today, this service is unacceptable.

The call centre agent wasn’t helpful either, just wanted to end the call.
