Disappointed with the poor service from Dawn Wing

I have been following up with Dawn Wing on an order they received on the 25th Nov 2020. Everytime I call them they promise to deliver the next day and they never deliver. Lately when I talk to the person who deals with orders she tells me she will log a query for me and those are their internal processes. I do not understand why they have no delivered and yet they received the goods a week ago. I am very unhappy with their service at this point and I am still waiting for the person they told me will contact me who has not done so. There is just no sense of urgency with this issue from their side and for such a huge establishment, it is disappointing.
