Got an sms saying that my parcel is out for delivery Today.

Phoned at three to check if it is still scheduled to be delivered.

Where it was confirmed to arrive Today.

As of yet i still have to receive my parcel...

No communication from Dawn wing as to why they did not make delivery as promised.
