Disappointed &frustrated

The custom charges are ridiculous,their service is very slow I had to do follow ups every time..my parcel was sent from the UK to South Africa it was meant to be delivered on the 4th of April today the sent an invoice of 1 943 rands for a less than a 3kg parcel the things which where inside costs£170..it’s like paying double n the delivery I’m so ****ed
