Disappointed customer

I have ordered herbal and it was ship via Dawn wing on 28 May till today I haven’t received my parcel when i call the customer service Centre thy always saying parcel it with the driver out for delivery.i wouldn’t recommend herballife or any other company to use their service i mean we pay for that delivery .Im very disappointed
